SUPPORTING LOCAL RANCHERS AND FAMILIES Twice a year we purchase our lamb from a local ranch in Paradise as well as the local 4h club.
ALL DINNERS ARE SERVED IN THE BASQUE TRADITION
Served with our homemade soup, salad, Basque beans, Basque side dishes, home baked bread, hand-cut french fries and our own Martin bread pudding! House Burgundy complimentary with full Basque dinner.
