We offer our Martin Hotel special recipe pasta sauce – Alfredo and fettuccine or marinara and spaghetti pasta – your choice of a tender sliced chicken breast, tasty Black Tiger shrimp, or a great vegetable medley!

Pasta Conchiglie de la Polo
Tender chicken with garlic, onion, asparagus, and mushrooms sautéed in white wine, served with Alfredo sauce over pasta shells.

Seafood Pasta
Clams, scallops, and shrimp sautéed in garlic and white wine with your choice of Alfredo or marinara sauce over fettuccine noodles.

Italian Sausage Pasta
Italian sausage, garlic, onions, red/green peppers with marinara sauce over penne.

Deep Fried Prawns
Jumbo Black Tiger shrimp breaded and deep fried to a rich golden brown and served with cocktail sauce and fresh lemon. We use zero transfat cooking oil only.

Scampi
Black Tiger shrimp sautéed with red onions, fresh tomatoes, garlic, white wine and fresh lemon.

Chicken Fried Steak – A Local – Favorite!

Liver and Onions – A Martin Favorite!
An 8 oz. tender beef liver grilled to tasty perfection and topped with sautéed red onions.
